Prototyping
For customers needing high quality prototypes for production machining requirements, John J. Steuby Company has the equipment, experience and expertise to get the job done. We have established an excellent reputation for providing prototype and production machining to a variety of industries. Regardless of what your specific machining requirements are, you will find that John J. Steuby Company is most qualified and willing to meet your needs. Whether it is simple or complex CNC machining, our prototype shop will handle your most challenging orders.
In the past, nearly every prototype job was performed on manual machines because setup was easier and faster. As the shop has gained experience with its CNC machines, prototypes now might be machined on a CNC or combination of both machine types, depending on part quantity and geometry.
Over the years, the company has amassed a significant knowledge base for effectively machining odd shapes and materials, including high-temperature alloys, titanium, and, plastics. It currently puts that experience to work machining tight-tolerance parts for military, aerospace and medical customers on both manual and CNC machines.
